A back-office system that shows the owner how the shop is doing on one screen
Shop owners do not want a twenty-column table. They want to know how much came in today, who is doing what, and whether anything needs urgent attention before closing. I design the system to answer those three questions first, then show the details.
- 01Bookings, staff, money and where you are losing out — all on one screen — today’s takings compared with last week and the target, who is with a customer, and how many rooms are available
- 02It warns you before you lose a customer — “18:00: not enough therapists for the paired bookings.” You get advance notice and a suggested fix, before customers are left waiting.

What clients ask before we start
I have no technical background — will we understand each other?
Yes, easily. Nothing to prepare — just describe how a day in your shop runs and where it usually gets stuck. Turning that into a system is my job.
Can I get just a website for now, without a system?
Yes, you can have either separately. Websites start at 9,800 THB. When you want a back-office system later, we can connect it to the existing website because the same team handles both.
How is this different from the off-the-shelf software everyone sells?
Off-the-shelf software makes you change how you work to fit it and keeps charging rental fees. A custom-built system follows how your shop actually works, includes only what you use, and is paid for per project rather than rented for life. If you want a change, tell me directly.
Where will my customer and sales data live?
In your own system, and it belongs to you — not locked inside a vendor’s product the way off-the-shelf software does it.
If AI answers customers, can it get money wrong?
No. I design it so AI can reply but cannot make decisions about money. Payments are only recorded in the system after a person approves them. Every action records who did it and when, so you can check the full history.
What will it cost, and will there be any extra charges later?
Prices start at 9,800 THB, depending on the features and integrations. Before work begins, I set out the scope and price item by item so you know exactly what you will get. We start once you agree, with no unexpected extra charges later.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope, and I give you a firm delivery date with the quote. You see progress in stages along the way — not two months of silence followed by something you did not want.
Do you support it after handover?
At handover, I show your team how to use what I have built. A design team and a programmer continue providing support afterwards.
