What customers ask before we start
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They open it from a link on LINE or Facebook and use it in their phone’s browser — if you force people to download an app, most give up halfway.
How long does it take?
It depends on how complex your shop is. A basic booking system doesn’t take long. I’ll give you a clear timeframe in our first conversation, and I won’t promise a timeline I can’t meet.
I’m not technical at all — will we understand each other?
Yes. I don’t use technical jargon with shop owners. Just tell me how you handle bookings now and where you get stuck — that’s enough.
Do you support it after handover?
Yes, I keep looking after it. A delivered system still needs someone to check on it when something goes wrong — care terms are agreed clearly before work starts.
